A look back at the history of science in the Western world revels an incredible number of men and women who were both brilliant intellectuals and stalwart believers in God. Yet many in our modern culture seek to banish religious faith from the public sphere and deride Christian faith as illogical and outdated. In this lecture given at Simi Valley Community Church, JP Moreland asserts that not only is faith logical, but that all truth and knowledge ultimately proceed from God. His presentation is divided into three sections 1) Introduction to the importance of truth 2) a case for the existence of God, and 3) four criteria for choosing a religion.
